The Mission that is Bigger than a Name

I was born and raised in San Diego, California, in a happy, diverse family grounded in love and gratitude — though we've walked through our share of fire together. I'm fortunate to remain close with my mother, father, and little sister. My mother wanted to name me Ariel, meaning "Lioness of God," but my father's choice won out, naming me Brenna instead — "Raven-Haired Maiden" or "Warrior."

From an early age, I knew I was meant to help this world — it pulsed through my veins. After navigating some friction with conformity in high school, I became a caregiver, working with wise souls for nearly 8 years, and it was then I knew I belonged in healthcare. I initially considered nursing, likely leading toward a Physician's Assistant program, but instead found acupuncture school at Pacific College of Health Sciences (formerly Pacific College of Oriental Medicine) in San Diego. That's when everything in my life began to align — and my healing path truly began.

The Native American blood in my veins connects me to all life on this planet, and that belief has shaped my medicine — we are one, and healing is rooted in the One Creator. I practice what I preach, working daily to implement this medicine into my own health and vitality. I believe deeply in duality: there's a time and place for every feeling and emotion, and I instruct patients in stillness just as often as I teach them to understand and use the energy of chaos. I am a baptized, practicing Catholic, and I believe the Creator is calling us toward Truth and the frequency of Christ. I regularly invite the Creator, Christ, and the Angels and Saints to work through me in helping people heal in body, mind, and spirit.

I am a grounded dreamer, generator/creator, constant student, and a being of love and vitality. It is my job to awaken your healing and vitality in each and every encounter I humbly experience with you. It is my calling to help heal the world in my medicine by taking the hand of the one, true Creator.

PHYSICAL WELL-BEING

As a licensed acupuncturist, board-certified herbalist, and medical intuitive with a deep grounding in Christ, I empower people in their healthcare. I specialize in complex cases that are given very vague, inconclusive solutions, and I guide my patients to a life of health and vitality. I work with allopathic providers to create solutions in healthcare.

MENTALITY/EMOTIONAL WELL-BEING

Science is now explaining what we have innately known for centuries: the body can and does heal itself. This ability to heal is deeply rooted in our mental and emotional well-being. The ability to heal is rooted in a deep sense of Faith that we develop within ourselves through our experiences in life. It is my job as a healthcare guide to restore this Faith in your body, mind, and spirit.

SPIRITUAL WELL-BEING

I believe we are meant to THRIVE, not just survive. I believe thriving happens when we clear out the physical body to make literal and figurative room to invite the ethereal Spirit in. The medicine I have been developing aligns with the concepts of grit and grace. I will not "sugar coat" physical health challenges, and I will also remind you that you are a beautiful, enlightened soul in the Creator's Heart.
